Q. I don’t see a job advertised on your website that interests me, but I’m looking for a new position. Can you help?

A. Sometimes we don’t need to advertise a position as we know candidates who are well suited to the role that we have already interviewed. New positions are constantly coming in from our clients, so if you are looking for a new position and don’t see something listed that interests you, give us a call or send us your resume. We’ll let you know when something of interest comes in.

Q. I’m already registered with another agency. Can I meet with more than one?

A. We usually suggest registering with two to three agencies. We don’t all have access to the same clients and the same jobs, so it’s usually worth meeting with more than one recruiter.

Q. To how many companies will you send my resume?

A. We won’t send your resume out to any clients without first discussing the opportunity and company with you. However, not all recruitment firms share this approach, so always check before submitting a resume.

Q. Does it cost me any money to register as a candidate?

A. No, it doesn’t. Employers are charged a fee when we assist them with providing candidates, which means ultimately we are working for the client. There is a misconception that recruitment agencies are here to help a candidate find a job. In reality, we are paid to find an employer a really great candidate.

Q. It’s been a few years since I last interviewed. What can I expect?

A. We don’t just set you up on an interview and leave you to it. We’ll help you through the process, let you know what type of interview to expect and who you will meet with. We can help with selecting your references, resigning from your current role, handling a counter-offer and accepting a new position. We’ve done this many times and will help make the transition as smooth as possible.
